Installation Procedure

1. Protection of customers’ and neighbor’s properties

2.Removal and disposal of all existing roofing material

3. Inspection of wood deck and replace rotten wood

4. Apply ice and water shield

5. Apply 15 lbs asphalt underlay to cover the entire roof surface

6. Install 24″ metal valleys

7. Install starter shingles

8. Install new plumbing stacks

9. Install duraflo roof vents

10. Clear away old debris

11. Seal all roof flashing with high grade caulking

12. Final clean up
